Frankings are absolutely accepted, under the condition they do not injure the theme in the parameter “Value and condition of material”. They, therefore, have to have something more than a common franking of footy value. Covers with interesting routes, good projection of our theme (not a number of different stamps) and of a certain age, are what exactly our collection needs.
